Receiving
Cryo-frozen flower arrives in sealed sub-80 totes. Each lot is METRC-tagged on arrival. Lots are weighed, logged, and queued for extraction in the order they were harvested.

Extraction
The extraction line runs at minus 90 Celsius. Hydrocarbon solvents (butane and propane mix) flow through the cryo flower in sealed columns. The extracted material drops into a recovery tank. The biomass leaves with the lipids, chlorophyll, and waxes still attached.

Separation and formulation
Post-extraction, the live concentrate enters separation. For Live Diamonds, the separation isolates the THCA crystalline from the terpene sauce, then recombines them at calibrated ratios during the fill step.

Fill and finishing
Each cassette is filled to spec, sealed, and labeled under batch control. Every finished device is paired to its batch ID, and the QR code is printed onto the package.

Lab and ship
Each batch sample goes to a third-party accredited lab for the full panel. Pass results trigger ship. The COA publishes to the verify page. The batch goes out to retailers.
