Short, soft pull. Two seconds. Hold for one second. Exhale. Wait two minutes. The two-minute wait is the single most important habit for new users. Most over-serving happens because someone takes a second pull before the first one registers.

Pay attention to setting. New cannabis users react more strongly to unfamiliar surroundings. Start home, on a couch, with water nearby. The first session is the calibration session. Future sessions can scale up.
